Mental Health Awareness Evening

As part of OUTWEST support element, we are holding a Mental Health Awareness Evening on the 24th August in The Ivy Towers Hotel, Castlebar, Co Mayo. This evening is been hosted by Tagdh Kilcummins, Mental Health Clinician, BSc Counselling & Psychotherapy. Tagdh has worked before for the OUTWEST Helpling in a training capacity and is looking forward to a healthy chat about Mental Health. The evening starts off at 7pm, running till 9:30 pm and is followed by a social gathering. Hope to see you there.

Lough Key Forest Park Walk – Details

We shall meet at the entrance to the Visitor Centre at 1:30 pm for a start time of 2:00 pm for the walk. Be aware that there is a €4 charge if you use the main car park at Lough Key Forest Park.

The walk will be approximately 5 km along one of the many waymarked trails in the park.

Afterwards we shall be heading for a meal to The Moorings Bar & Restaurant in nearby Knockvicar, to arrive by 4:30 pm. If you would like to join us for the meal, please let us know beforehand, so that we have an idea of the number of tables we will need to reserve (ring our info line: 087 972 5586 or email: info@outwest.ie)
